Understanding your birth story can have profound shifts in your energy and bring understanding to yourself on a deeper level, it can clear trauma within your generational lineage, it can bring up memories, trauma, mother wound pain, peace, empowerment all associated to your birth and also offer you a deeper connection to yourself in regards to the day and time your were born, helping you to bring to light lessons that this life time has to offer all connecting you to your subconscious mind/ higher self.
In this sacred space we will be connecting you to your mothers labour experience and how her emotions at the time may be affecting your energy now and clearing stories and patterns that are not yours.
Within this sacred session we will deep dive into you and your life with talk therapy and gain an understanding of the stressors that led you to book in with Sarah.
She will also guide you through how she works within this space while doing a full kinesiology balance, deep diving into energy centres and all the magickal remedies she works with to be able to connect to and clear the root cause of trauma in your energy systems using muscle testing, intuitive and downloads from spirit.
Connecting to your beloved pets subconscious mind through muscle testing, spirit and intuition to find the route course of any physical or behavioural issues, the same way as connecting in with humans, some remedies may include diet change, environment changes that you will adjust accordingly, and on my end there may be energy healing, chakra, Meridian or aura balancing, sound healing, crystal healing and more.
In this sacred space Sarah will move through your seven chakras starting from your base chakra all the way up to your crown chakra, using reiki energy, crystal healing and essential oil healing to clear any blockages and create a beautiful aligned chakra system leaving you feeling empowered and energised.
This will also include affirmations, spirit message, spiritual activity for home and what was cleared in each chakra in a detailed email if prefer distant.
Within this space Sarah will connect to your womb in a couple of ways, firstly through your subconscious mind while she dives into a full sacral chakra kinesiology balance, then she will connect with source energy while she does reiki energy healing in the womb space, clearing old energies & trauma from this life time that need to be released.
Sarah will create a beautiful healing grid and candle ritual connecting to mother Gaia and use intuitively chosen flowers, herbs and crystals.
Within this session Sarah will identify stress that is causing your Nervous System to be out of balance.
Sarah will manage the stress in the healing circuit while completing the Nervous System kinesiology balance; regulating your Nervous System with massage techniques, crystals and essential oils.
This session includes notes on what is seen in your Nervous System on an energetic level and aftercare practices that your subconscious mind is asking of you.
Your choice of a zoom or written reading.
Using the tools of oracle cards as a guide to read the images intuitively and proceed to have downloads of the energy coming through.
Whether it is past loved ones, pets, angels, your spirit team, your higher self ect, this reading is for needing guidance and support in your healing journey.
Every reading is different depending on the energy focused on in that moment.
Each New Moon be connected to an energy centre intuitively chosen depending on the Astrological sign of the New Moon. Be welcomed into a safe, supported, heard and held space for meditation and many other beautiful offerings.
Included within this group session is a kinesiology balance, energy reading, connection to self and spirit animal, oracle card pull and interpretation and information on the New Moon, the Astrological sign and the Energy Centre aligned with the energies of the night.
Personal stressors are asked upon booking to put in a healing circuit whether they are physical or emotional.
Booking are available 3 months in advance.
This distant personal cleanse begins with an overall energy reading. Your Spirit animal and Archangel that works alongside you is welcomed into the space.
Once the cleanse is complete a detailed overview of the remedies used in the cleanse and what they were clearing will be sent to you.
This will also include any intuitive/spirit led guidance that was received of things you are needing to learn to support and connect to self.

This distant home cleanse begins with an overall energy reading. Your Spirit animal and Archangel that works alongside you is welcomed into the space.
Once the cleanse is complete a detailed overview of the remedies used in the cleanse and what they were clearing will be sent to you as well as healing techniques used to clear your home.
This will also include any intuitive/spirit led guidance that was received of things you are needing to learn to support and connect to self.
Optional family cleanse: muscle test (kinesiology) to find an emotion for each family member. Remedy and homework alongside any intuitive notes that come through.
This distant business cleanse begins with an overall energy reading of your business and the energy that is coming from you connecting to your business. Your Spirit animal and Archangel that works alongside you is welcomed into the space.
Once completed a detailed overview of the remedies used to clear energy from your business and all your connections and stressors–blockages, limiting beliefs towards the business–will be sent to you as well as what energy was shifted and the new energy coming in.
Plus intuitive/spirit messages that come throughout the session.
In this space over a time of 3 or 6 months you will be guided and supported on your journey to your remembering.
Remembering your souls worth, knowing, wisdom, from this life and past lives, to activate your self awareness on a deeper level, bringing forth your confidence, self-worth, courage and connection with your true selves.
3 month journey:

6 month journey:
- 6x 1:1 zoom session with Sarah (one a month)
Each 1:1 zoom will be different as we will be guided in the energy of the moment and what is truly best for you in the moment as it’s centred around support and guidance.
Sessions may include energy healing, talk therapy, guided meditation from me, crystal healing, intuition activity’s, channeled messages, oracle cards, runes, shadow work, affirmations, colour therapy and more.
Homework for the following month will be given also to aid in your healing process.
Throughout this time together direct message and email is available Monday - Thursday to help you through any intense emotions or blocks. Messages back from me will be any guidance needed at the time, crystal or essential oil tests to see what needs clearing and bringing forth in the moment, crystal symbols to infuse in water, affirmation ect that will support you between 1:1 zooms.

Sarah is amazing at what she does! I recently had an Animal Integrative Healing session for my cat.
Recently our cat had appeared stressed and was constantly licking her fur to the point where she had bald patches. Our cat had pretty much retreated to one spot in the house and didn't really move much throughout the day.
Since the healing session with Sarah, she is honestly a different cat. She is now much happier and is no longer licking at her fur like crazy. I highly recommend Sarah!

I participated in the last healing circle on the Scorpio full moon and to say it was a powerful experience would be under selling what Sarah has on offer.
