When we first asked Sarah the question about “Healing 4 You By Sarah”, you could see the smile light up on her face. A name, especially a business name, holds a lot of power, a lot of promise to those receiving her services and so Sarah wanted to ensure that her business, and the name represented her to her core.

As Sarah navigates her own healing journey, she is guiding others through theirs, sharing her own learnings, her experiences, her lessons in hope to aid those on their path.

One of the biggest questions is why. And when we asked Sarah her why this is what she had to say.

“When I was thinking about my name and Healing4You came to my mind it wasn’t that I’m doing the healing for you but rather the opposite. I’m doing the healing on myself for you so each day I can be in a deeper connection with my higher self and spirit to be able to guide the beautiful souls that come across my path in the most magcikal capacity.And that I can do this without allowing my ego into the equation; trusting that all guidance, messages and information that comes through the Sacred space is coming from a higher being/realm/consciousness to guide you on your most highest timeline to align and empower you. I also do the healing on myself so I can learn from my triggers and integrate, so I am able to share and guide through my learnings and experiences.”

We can feel the passion, the love and the dedication from Sarah for herself, her children and all the people she supports and guides on their journey. What she has noticed is that she relates to those who have had a similar upbringing, a difficult initiation into this life. It’s almost as if those who have shared these experiences can feel a kindred soul in Sarah and gravitate towards her. 

We won’t get into the specifics, if Sarah chooses to share her story with you personally, be sure that it will aid in the offering she is serving you. But what we will say is— Sarah’s childhood was taken away abruptly, with dealing with witnessing abuse, an absent father, a unwell mother, she had to mature at a young age for her own survival. Many people who make their way to Sarah have experienced similar upbringings and feel truly held by Sarah as they are heard, witnessed and understood. 

Sarah herself has experienced first hand physical and emotional abuse and so many women who have also had to live through these traumas can feel safe to be vulnerable, they feel understood and seen. 

Sarah believes that they have crossed her path as it is fated, she is learning to love herself once again which is a long road and she wants to be there for others on the same journey of self love and discovery.

I am Mother to three beautiful children raising them as free spirits with my wonderful partner – clarify please? Wonderful partner I’m assuming but I’m lost from thinkers like us.

I work with energy. I can feel, sense and see energy. I see and feel it connecting to earth, to spirit. I will connect to past lives at times. I work with clearing generational traumas, cords, deep seeded traumas; I work with reading the energy of a person or a situation. 

I love to create beautiful Sacred spaces, setting up beautiful healing grids.

I love working with medicinal herbs to make things for my family - salves,  tinctures, simmer pots, detox baths.
I am low tox and love making all my homemade low tox house things like  hand wash, laundry powder, spray and wipe (kitchen witch I would say but also so many other elements I love which you could say eclectic witch). I love astrology and love working with the moon, planets and the chakras all entwined in one to create powerful shifts.

I try to balance being mum and business owner the best I can.

I have two cats and love working with animals and animal spirits, I have connected with past loved pets, and connect with animal spirits everyday.

I love birds and find them fascinating to learn about.

Cats and birds are fave but all animals have my heart.

I love trees, plants, everything in nature. I love the energy of the trees and their communication they have between each other and us.

I want to empower souls.

I want to guide them in finding their worth and courage to know how special they are in this world and that they are not alone. I want to make them feel loved, seen, heard and held.  It is very important to me to ensure all those that work with me know that they are not alone.

Being a Virgo I am very passionate about the physical body and its ailments and Dis-ease. As a kinesiologist, I love connecting to the subconscious mind and finding the root course of the dis-ease in the body that is now showing up in a physical ailment.
When we can pinpoint the root cause and clear stress and trauma within that area the dis-ease in the body can be holistically managed through energy healing, nutrition, Accupressure and so much more of the remedies I offer.

Also healing generational patterns and trauma re-mothering myself and my children– it’s not easy and feels different everyday, but I am dedicated to breaking the cycles.

It is my drive, my ambition to support women, men and children.

I have found, throughout my sessions that I am mostly seeing women. Women who are seeking guidance and support on their womb journey’s through perimenopause and menopause. Women who are connecting to their body and what they are needing in the moment. Women who are working with physical ailments. Women who feel stuck, in their business and their personal life. Women who have low self esteem, low self worth, limiting beliefs, are self sabotaging, feeling money scarcity. Women who have birth trauma, heightened triggers. These are the women I support. These are the Women I see.

I am continuously expanding my knowledge to bring all the wisdom I can in all things holistic health. There is so much more I’m looking forward to learning in this lifetime and sharing.

    Sarah is amazing at what she does! I recently had an Animal Integrative Healing session for my cat.

    Recently our cat had appeared stressed and was constantly licking her fur to the point where she had bald patches. Our cat had pretty much retreated to one spot in the house and didn't really move much throughout the day.
    Since the healing session with Sarah, she is honestly a different cat. She is now much happier and is no longer licking at her fur like crazy. I highly recommend Sarah!

    I participated in the last healing circle on the Scorpio full moon and to say it was a powerful experience would be under selling what Sarah has on offer.

    The connection piece was beautiful and I automatically had pressure on my third eye. The limited spaces allowed for a more intimate setting and allowed you share what is coming up in a safe and held environment but also there was no pressure to share either.

    I wasn't sure how a distance kinesiology session would be received but it was incredible!

    From the first point of contact, to email reminders, to the session and then after wards the check in Sarah provides a high level of care, insight and support.

    Sarah helped me move through (distantly!!) some knee pain that id had for some time, we established I was holding grief and we even connected with a past pet of mine from childhood.
